Dedicated to the memory of Giles Dermody
This site is a tribute to Giles Dermody, who was born on February 24, 1985. He is much loved and will always be remembered. His unique character and special wit endeared him to many people and touched their lives. He bore his condition with courage and without complaint and despite recent setbacks he still had many plans for the future.

I knew Giles through my boyfriend Andrew who was friends with him for several years. They were colleagues in more than one company and I know that Giles was a good friend to him and will leave a big gap in his life. I met him on several occasions and always thought he was a lovely, kind man. I remember one time when Andrew and I had a party and I was feeling a little worse for wear Giles sat with me, brought me some water and made sure I was ok. I really feel for his family right now in this sad sad time, nothing will make him come back but hopefully hearing these stories about Giles will bring some comfort. x

Giles was working on our HMRC digital project since May 2016. He was a very much loved and respected member of the team. Giles' sharp wit was appreciated by his colleagues. Andrew Keats knew Giles well and pointed out that he loved learning and was passionate about exploring new technologies.
